By using Pay Edge's services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Compliance with Laws

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) laws. Illegal payments, money laundering, fraud, or the use of our services for money mule activities are strictly prohibited.

2. Prohibited Activities

You may not use Pay Edge to process payments related to the following:

• Illegal goods or services
• Adult entertainment, content, or services
• Gambling or betting services unless you are a licensed operator with documented proof of regulatory compliance
• Pyramid schemes or high-yield investment programs
• Fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive practices

3. Permitted Use

Pay Edge is intended solely for businesses selling legitimate physical or digital goods. You must clearly disclose your product or service and maintain transparent operations. Businesses involved in gambling must present valid licensing and may be subject to additional scrutiny or limitations.

4. Enforcement

Pay Edge reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these Terms of Service without prior notice. We may also report such activities to the relevant authorities.

5. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any updated terms.
